George was born in Comfort, Texas and has lived and worked in the building industry in and around San Antonio area for over 22 years first as a framing contractor, then superintendent for a successful San Antonio builder then in 1990 forming his own company, George Lopez Custom Homes and in 2003 incorporated George Lopez Custom Homes Inc.

George currently is building 2 spec homes in LaVernia, a custom home in Hunt, and remodeling in the Dominion. He has 2 scenic view lots in Vintage Oaks off Hwy 46, 1 lot in Rivermont Subdivision off Hwy 281 North and 1 lot in Canyon Creek Bluffs off Blanco Rd inside loop 1604.
